The World Whiskies Awards (WWA) is a global competition hosted by Paragraph Publishing Ltd., the UK-based publisher of “Whisky Magazine.” Restricted exclusively to official proprietary bottlings, the competition sees representative whiskies from nations around the world selected in each category, all vying for the ultimate title of “World’s Best” during the final judging. Winners are determined through a rigorous three-stage process based on blind tasting, establishing the WWA as a unique competition dedicated solely to whisky.
