Honkaku Shochu “Suzugama Akakogane” is an Imo Shochu crafted using a traditional Satsuma handmade tin worm distiller. It offers a rich, deep flavor unique to tin worm distillation, and fruity notes reminiscent of apples derived from the Akakogane sweet potatoes.
