GOLD
“ARAWAZA BARREL FINISH” is a Honkaku Shochu made by vatting Imo Shochu genshu—which has a refreshing, fruity aroma and clear taste created by the patented “Migaki Distillation”—after finishing it for one to two years in multiple bourbon barrels at the Tsunuki Distillery that were previously used for aging single malt whisky.
It has a pale amber color, and amidst the herb and spice aromas, it carries nuances of wood and vanilla that gently spread, characteristic of a malt whisky cask. It is sweet and elegant on the palate. You can enjoy a smooth, soft, and expansive flavor with a long finish.
