This is a sparkling wine with a faint orange tint, made by fully extracting the rich aroma, umami, and pigment components present in the skins of Koshu grapes. You can experience the pleasantly harmonious floral and citrus aromas, along with a full-bodied flavor derived from the skins, all accompanied by fine bubbles.
