"Japanese GIN Wabijin" is a Japanese gin that incorporates botanicals from Kagoshima. In addition to juniper berries, kumquat harvested in Kaseda-Tsunuki, Minami-Satsuma City, where the distillery is located, and other botanicals harvested throughout Kagoshima are harmoniously combined to create a refreshing aroma and taste.

Spirits distillation machine

A hybrid distillation machine with two functions, a single distillation kettle and a continuous distillation tower (rectifying tower), is used to produce gin. In addition to producing gin by redistilling spirits with higher alcohol content, juniper berries, and Kagoshima botanicals, using a proprietary process, and using different functions depending on the secondary ingredients from the fermentation moromi, all types of spirits can be produced.
