"Mars Malt Le Papillon” is a brand that expresses the splendor of Japan's seasonal climate and natural environment, which forms the environment in which whisky is matured, using a motif of a butterfly that lives in Japan.
We have carefully selected the original whiskey based on the theme of various butterflies living in Japan, such as”The Large Shijimi Blue” and ”Maackii Peacock". The rich colors and graceful fluttering wings of these butterflies, and the natural environment of Japan that nurtures their beauty, are layered on top of the whiskey to create this special product.

"Mars Malt Le Papillon” uses unblended whisky from two distilleries and three cellars: the Mars Komagatake Distillery, the Mars Tsunuki Distillery, and the Mars Yakushima Aging Cellar.
The distillery and the environment in which the whisky is matured over many years give the whisky its rich aroma and flavor. Whiskey flavor is said to be “the taste of the air in the maturing environment.
