Mars whisky Asagimadara

The Miracle of Amber

Barrel aging produces the amber color and deep flavor of whiskey. Whiskey whiskey spirit called new pot, which is colorless and transparent at the time of distillation, changes to an amber color and becomes deep and complex in taste and aroma as it is aged in casks. There are many different types of casks, mainly depending on the wood and size of the cask. In these various types of casks, the whiskey absorbs the ingredients of the cask, breathes through the cask, and matures over time. Whiskey changes its color, aroma, and other aspects of maturity subtly depending on the position of its storage in the cellar. The miracle of the amber color, left to the power of nature and time, produces a wide variety of whiskies.
