Elegant, Noble Rot Dessert Wine
As a world-famous sweet wine, Sauternes from the Sauternais region of France is considered the best among noble rot wines. We have carefully aged selected noble rot wines from the Sauternes region at a warehouse in Isawa-cho, Yamanashi Prefecture.
This time, we have blended the noble rot wine that has reached its peak aging state with Koshu grapes, which are widely appreciated for their compatibility with the delicate Japanese palate.
By blending the noble rot wine's Précieux Noble aroma with the rich and delicate liveliness of Koshu grapes from Osotsumi, we have successfully brought out the excellent characteristics of these two, creating an elegant dessert wine with a graceful sweetness.
The refreshing sweetness and clear aftertaste represent a new frontier for Koshu wine.
