Harmony of Flavor & Aroma, Oak-Aged Migaki Shochu

"ARAWAZA Barrel" is a refreshing and fruity genshu created through the patented "Migaki distillation" process. It is based on aged genshu sleeping in the barrel aged warehouse at tsunukidistillery, where carefully selected barrels are vatted to unlock their individuality. With a light amber color, it offers an elegant sweet aroma that gently spreads, along with refreshing herbal and spicy notes. The smooth and soft woody flavor with hints of vanilla provides a long finish and outstanding harmony. This is a confident new release from the honkaku shochu category, aimed at distillate fans around the world.
