This is a Imo shochu made from sweet potatoes grown in Satsuma, using a patented "Migaki (polished) distillation" method.
Our unique technology creates convection currents in the moromi (fermenting mash) during distillation, transforming the characteristic richness, umami, and aroma of sweet potatoes into a smooth and light flavor.
This new technique, added to the traditional methods of Minami Satsuma, allows you to enjoy a refreshingly light and delicious taste.
