Bu-chu Highball
Bu-chu Highball
The Original Shochu & Wine Highball
In the nostalgic Showa era, grape wine was mixed with shochu and enjoyed mainly in Yamanashi. It was called "buuchuu" and was beloved by many. The "bu-chu Highball" that recreates the taste of "buuchuu" in a modern way is a slightly sweet wine with a gentle grape flavor that you won't get tired of drinking. It is made by blending Koshu wine and high-quality shochu, and adding carbon dioxide for a refreshing and slightly sweet taste.
