I used kyoho grapes from the Hosaka district in Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and made this dessert wine using a special brewing method called frozen juice brewing, which enhances the sugar content through frozen concentration. By fermenting the concentrated rich juice at low temperatures, it has a graceful taste with a mellow and aromatic richness and sweetness.
