We harvested Merlot grapes in Hosaka town, fermented them, and aged them in French oak barrels. It has a floral aroma like cassis and violet, a rich fruity flavor, smooth tannins, and a soft mouthfeel, creating a red wine with a gentle texture and a well-defined taste.
