Using Muscat Bailey A grapes from Hosaka-cho, Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, this special cuvée red wine is made by fermenting the grapes for a long period (about 1 month) to extract the flavor of the grapes, then aging it in barrels. It is carefully selected and bottled.
