Shirane Koshu Sur-lie Cuvee Iino

Sur-lie Aged Koshu from Shirane
From the field of Hiroshi Iino, a distinguished contract cultivation farmer in the Shirane district of Minami Alps City, we have carefully selected a plot of fully ripened and concentrated Koshu grapes, and specially brewed using only those grapes. By allowing it to undergo a slow sur lie aging process, a pleasantly floral aroma reminiscent of white flowers spreads richly, along with the distinctive crisp acidity and full-bodied fruitiness unique to Shirane, resulting in a special dry Koshu wine.

*Sur lie method: A production method that involves aging the wine with the yeast after fermentation, bringing freshness and richness.
