I blended Hosakamachi-produced Koshu wine and Viognier wine from our own farm, "Hosaka Hinoshiro Farm". The sharp and refreshing acidity of Koshu grapes harmonizes beautifully with the full-bodied flavor and elegant aroma of Viognier grapes, creating a fragrant white wine with notes of white flowers, peaches, and green apples.
*Assemblage: A technique of creating rich and harmonious wines by blending multiple grape varieties.
