Makioka district-grown Koshu grapes were harvested at the appropriate ripeness and underwent low-temperature fermentation using only free-run juice. This slightly sweet Koshu wine is characterized by a "pleasant citrus aroma and fresh acidity," offering a "lively, fresh taste."
