Refreshing Delaware Grape Sparkling
We brewed using Delaware grapes harvested in the Kofu Basin in Yamanashi Prefecture. We packed the unique sweet and sour aroma of Delaware grapes, which are fully bathed in the summer sunshine, and the refreshing sweetness into the bottle, creating a sparkling wine.
