"Reprint Handmade Ohara" is a nostalgic imo shochu for those who used to enjoy it in the past, and for those trying it for the first time, they can enjoy the traditional deliciousness. You can enjoy the softness, richness, depth, and sweet aroma and taste like steamed sweet potatoes unique to handmade shochu. sweet potato uses "koganesengan" and is a handmade imo shochu revived by traditional methods such as handmade, black koji, and kame brewing.

Kagoshima Honkakushochu Competition aims to improve the quality of honkaku shochu, a specialty product of Kagoshima Prefecture.
Experts, including Kumamoto Regional Taxation Bureau appraisers, conduct blind tastings to evaluate flavor, aroma, and other characteristics. Superior prizes are awarded to outstanding entries in each category: imo, kokuto, kome, and mugi shochu.
