At Yakushima Denshogura, we have created a special imo shochu using handmade kame fermentation, storing it in kame for three years in a tunnel at the foot of Mt. Tachudake, and then aging it in bottles for four years before releasing it as imo shochugenshu. Please enjoy the deep and mature flavor that has been nurtured by the great nature of Yakushima.
