The Sweetness of Steamed Sweet Potatoes
Inspired by the symbol of Kagoshima, "Sakurajima," this Imo shochu is handcrafted at Tsunuki Kishogura using a handmade black koji fermentation method. It is a Satsuma shochu known for its soft texture from being handcrafted, rich flavor and depth from the koji fermentation, and sweetness reminiscent of steamed sweet potatoes.
