Merlot Sparkling Rose from Hosaka

A slightly dry rosé sparkling wine made exclusively from the juice of Merlot grapes grown in the Hosaka district through contract cultivation, fermented in French oak barrels and aged sur lie in the same barrels. It features a floral aroma reminiscent of red flowers, a fruity aroma evocative of red fruits such as cherries, and a complex interplay of vanilla notes from barrel fermentation. With fine bubbles, it offers a soft, rounded taste that spreads beautifully.
