    Superior Grade of Honkaku Umeshu
    This umeshu is made without any artificial flavors, colors, or acidulants. It preserves the traditional, natural flavor by making the most of the aroma and refreshing acidity that come directly from the real plums.
    To draw out an even more natural plum aroma and refreshing acidity, we use a larger quantity of plums for steeping and add brandy and honey as an accent. The result is a soft, elegant, and full-bodied sweet umeshu.
