We soaked tea leaves in umeshu that was made without adding any artificial flavors, colorings, or souring agents. The tea leaves used are "chiran tea," a brand tea from Kagoshima. Among the "chiran tea," only the "first tea" made from the first buds harvested that year is used. This green tea umeshu is a step above, carefully extracting the fresh aroma and gentle sweetness unique to the "first tea."
Alcohol is for those of legal drinking age. Be cautious about excessive drinking.
