In Isawa, Yamanashi Prefecture, in the Kai Province, there is the "Mars Yamanashi Winery". The wine born here, quietly aged in the underground warehouse protected from the fluctuations of the outside temperature, becomes the "Kai no Kura".
In addition to the refreshing aroma and taste nurtured by the deep silence, it has been completed with a casual touch. It is a well-balanced wine with a soft flavor that combines the earthy aroma of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and the faint muscat aroma of Muscat Bailey A grapes.
