In Isawa, Yamanashi Prefecture, in the Kai Province, there is the "Mars Yamanashi Winery". The wine born here, quietly aged in the underground warehouse protected from the fluctuations of the outside temperature, becomes the "Kai no Kura". In addition to the refreshing aroma and taste nurtured by the deep silence, it has been finished with a casual touch. It is a refreshing and smooth wine mainly made from Koshu grapes blended with Semillon grapes. *The "Kai" in this wine does not indicate the location of grape harvest.
