Kishogura Eimurasaki
Made with the Aromatic "Eimurasaki" Potato
Imo shochu, created by a patented method. By grating fresh sweet potatoes and conducting a unique secondary fermentation process, the sweet aroma of sweet potatoes is captured in shochu for the first time during distillation. Enjoy the fruity aroma of cassis derived from "eimurasaki" and its refreshing sweetness.
"Eimurasaki" sweet potatoes are primarily cultivated in the Ena district located at the southern tip of Minami Satsuma in Kagoshima. The skin and flesh are a deep purple color, rich in polyphenols and anthocyanins. Shochu made with eimurasaki has a fruity sweet aroma and elegant sweetness as its distinctive features.
