By grating fresh sweet potatoes and conducting a secondary fermentation using a unique method, the sweet aroma of sweet potatoes is captured in shochu for the first time by heating them during distillation. Enjoy the citrus fruit aroma derived from tamaakane and the sweet aroma reminiscent of kinmokusei. sweet potato "tamaakane" has a round shape and vibrant orange flesh as its distinctive features. "Tamaakane" is a new orange variety with a limited cultivation volume, making it a precious sweet potato. Shochu made with tamaakane features a citrus fruit-like aroma.
