To bring out the nostalgic taste of umeshu from Kagoshima, we have created umeshu using Satsuma Imo shochu and ice sugar. This umeshu is made with the genshu of honkaku shochu "Kishogura" brewed in a black koji jar, and finished at a rich 17% alcohol content without any additives. The rich flavor unique to genshu Kishogura shochu and the fragrant aroma of plums make this umeshu truly luxurious. We recommend it as a masterpiece of umeshu unique to Kagoshima, the kingdom of shochu, made with high-quality plums and shochu.
Alcohol is for those of legal drinking age. Be cautious about excessive drinking.
