Generally, "koji" in imo shochu is made from rice, but Tsunuki Kishogura uses "imo koji" unique to them. It is difficult to handle and not suitable for mass production, but it has a flavor that can only be achieved with imo koji.
To bring out the best of imo koji, it is stored for six years in a kame jar as genshu. Please enjoy the depth brought out by the aging process over time.
