Following the Kumamoto Earthquake in April 2016, local bartenders affected by the disaster established the "Kumamoto Bartenders Project (KBP)" to support the region's recovery.
This original blended whisky was created as part of this initiative.
Bottled in collaboration with renowned whisky researcher Mamoru Tsuchiya, this expression is a blend of multiple whiskies.
It features a faint peaty aroma and a soft, lingering finish.
*Hombo Shuzo proudly supports this project as a cooperating partner. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the "Kumamoto Castle Disaster Recovery Support Fund" through the KBP to aid in the restoration and reconstruction of Kumamoto Castle.
