Nestled in the lush, mountainous region of Tsunuki in the southwest of the Satsuma Peninsula, this Honkaku Kome Shochu is an exquisite blend of carefully selected genshu (undiluted shochu) aged for over ten years.
The maturation takes place in oak casks within a traditional stone warehouse, an ideal environment renowned for its remarkably stable temperature.
It features a vibrant and elegant sweet aroma, beautifully interwoven with soft vanilla notes and a profound depth imparted by the extended cask aging, culminating in a exceptionally long, satisfying finish.
