Black Koji Shochu, Exclusive to Yakushima
"black koji yakunoshima" is a honkaku imo shochu made by blending a rich genshu brewed with black koji and a genshu handmade at the Yakushima Denshogura, with the addition of water using soft water from yakushima. It can be enjoyed straight, on the rocks, or mixed with hot water to experience the unique and rich flavor of imo shochu. The label design is created by the artist Yuko Takada, who resides in yakushima.
