We use high-quality sweet potatoes from Kagoshima, fermented with black koji, and then distilled with soft water from Yakushima to create a rich genshu. This is a genuine imo shochu that can be enjoyed straight, on the rocks, or mixed with hot water to experience the unique and full-bodied flavor of imo shochu.
