Artisanal Japanese Absinthe
This product is an absinthe in Bohemian style, based on a classic recipe, with the supervision of Mr. Kayama from the bar "BenFiddich". It is infused and distilled, and finished with the immersion of fragrant fresh mugwort flowers harvested from Mr. Kayama 's field to give it a bitter taste.
Initially, herbs are infused in pure alcohol in a bag (then lifted after infusion), mugwort is placed in a basket during distillation to extract the aroma through steam, and finally, herbs are infused for coloring. It is bottled without cold filtration, resulting in a bitter taste.
Ingredients (during infusion): fennel, anise, star anise, angelica root, clove, coriander seed, mugwort (from Bulgaria)
Ingredients (during vapor infusion): mugwort (from Kanayama's field)
Ingredients (during coloring): mugwort, peppermint, lemon balm, hyssop
