Mars koshu Sparkling

Crisp, Dry & Refreshing Sparkling

From Koshu grapes harvested in mid-September in the Kofu Basin in Yamanashi Prefecture, only free-run juice was used, and it was carefully fermented at low temperatures. The fruity aroma of Koshu grapes is fully brought out, with a fruit-rich aroma reminiscent of green apples and grapefruits, a refreshing acidity, and fine bubbles, giving a pleasant refreshing sensation in this dry sparkling wine.
