In the world of barrel aging, products that are aged in only one barrel are called "single cask." Due to its nature, single cask products have very limited production quantities, and due to the changes in the barrel aging environment, it is impossible to reproduce the exact same quality of alcohol again. It is a once-in-a-lifetime drink. To allow you to experience the aging characteristics from the barrel, we have crowdfunded the production of two barrels' worth of single cask at cask strength. Please enjoy the differences between each barrel. The limited edition "Cask №2600" is aged in Mugi shochu casks (American white oak) from 2013 to 2017, featuring "soft acidity with a bitter sweetness." The limited edition "Cask №2607" is aged in first-fill American white oak barrels from 2013 to 2017, featuring "powerful acidity with honey-like sweetness."
