"Single Malt Komagatake IPA Cask Finish" is a single malt whisky finished in casks that once held India Pale Ale (IPA).
This richly hopped, medium-dark beer was brewed at our very own Minami Shinshu Beer Komagatake Brewery.
It reveals a vibrant, refreshing, citrus-forward aroma derived from the hops, a clear sweetness reminiscent of grapefruit and lime, and a crisp, bitter finish. The result is a whisky that pairs exceptionally well with a highball.
