Mars Brandy Hoken AGED 16YEARS
16-Year-Old Brandy, Distilled in 2000
The wine made from Delaware grapes grown in Yamanashi Prefecture, brewed at Mars Yamanashi Winery, distilled at Mars Komagatake Distillery (formerly known as Mars Shinshu Distillery) in February 2000, and matured in barrels for 16 years in Shinshu.
To bring out the fruity and elegant aroma derived from the raw grapes and the rich, complex taste with deep depth unique to long-term aging, it is bottled at cask strength without adding water.
This is a limited edition long-term aged brandy from the year 2000.
* "Hoken" is derived from "Hoken-dake," a peak in the Central Alps where Mars Komagatake Distillery is located.
