We have added additional aging (finishing) by putting the "Mars Maltage Cosmo," which expresses complexity and depth by vatting multiple malt whisky, into empty barrels used for red wine. It has a faint ruby-red color, in addition to the round and soft flavor of Cosmo, it features a spicy and fruity aroma derived from the red wine barrel, and a pleasant aftertaste with gentle tannins. This malt whisky, produced in limited quantities in 2020, is named "Cosmo" after one of the mountains in the Central Alps, "Mt. Kosumo."
