We have bottled a limited quantity of "new pot" whisky, the prototype of whisky made from malt before being barrel-aged. This new whisky is clear and freshly distilled before being matured in barrels. It features a peaty aroma derived from malt, a soft malty scent, and a rich sweetness and lingering finish that hint at the potential of the future whisky.
