We have bottled a limited quantity of "new pot" whisky, the original form of malt whisky before being barrel-aged. This is a new whisky that has just been distilled and is transparent before being aged in barrels. It features a peaty aroma derived from malt, a soft malty scent, and a rich sweetness and lingering finish that hint at the potential of the whisky to come. Heavy peat: Peated malt phenol value 50.0ppm.
