We have bottled a limited quantity of "new pot" whisky, the prototype of malt whisky before it is barrel-aged. This is a new whisky that is distilled freshly and transparent before being aged in barrels. It features a peaty aroma derived from malt, a soft malty scent, and a rich sweetness and lingering finish that hint at the potential of the future whisky. Lightly peated: Peat malt phenol value 7.9ppm.
