Omatase Wine White
Special Vintage-Only Koshu Release
"Omatase Wain" is a special limited wine that is produced only in years when the growth of Koshu grapes is excellent and considered an outstanding vintage. It is made only from fully ripened grapes harvested after mid-October 1999, and the low-temperature long fermentation process brings out the characteristics of Koshu grapes. The weather was favorable from early spring in 1999, with good weather and high temperatures from summer to autumn when the grapes ripened. Thanks to this, we were able to harvest excellent Koshu grapes with high sugar content and well-balanced acidity, making it a suitable wine to adorn the last vintage of the 1900s. After bottling, the wine maintains a fresh taste for 2-3 years, gradually aging into a mellow flavor, allowing you to enjoy the maturation through storage over an extended period.
