We have created a refreshing sparkling wine using grapes (lychee) from Zenkoji Temple in Nagano Prefecture as the raw ingredients. This domestic "Petillant" (sparkling wine) offers a fine and refreshing taste with a fine bubble structure achieved through secondary fermentation in the bottle (Champagne method), allowing you to easily enjoy a rich and refreshing flavor.
