We have made a refreshing sparkling wine using Koshu grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture as the raw ingredients. This is a domestic "Petillant" (sparkling wine) that allows you to easily enjoy the "fine foaming" and "refreshing and flavorful taste" achieved through secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is unfiltered, so it appears cloudy, and you can feel the difference in flavor due to the cloudiness when poured gently.
