Petian de Mars Shinshu Yama Sauvignon
Petillant from the Yama Sauvignon Grape
The Yamaso Vineyard Association, a group of producers from the Central Alps, cultivates Yamaso Bunion grapes in a trellised manner. These grapes are characterized by their small black-purple berries, high sugar content, strong acidity, and robust flavor. They exhibit a vibrant purple hue due to the abundance of purple pigments, and offer aromas reminiscent of Cabernet Sauvignon. Yamaso Bunion grapes are a sparkling wine that combines the wild and nostalgic flavors of mountain grapes with the unique characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon.
