We use carefully selected Shinshu-grown Ryukyo small plums, meticulously prepared in Blanc de Blancs, and slowly aged to create this umeshu. This Blanc de Blancs umeshu features a refreshing fruit aroma and acidity of Ryukyo small plums, combined with the fruity flavor of Blanc de Blancs, resulting in an elegant aroma and smooth taste.
