Crafted 100% from Sweet Potato Koji
A luxurious Imo shochu made by handcrafting all koji with kame jar fermentation, and carefully finishing it. This special production method is not the usual method of adding raw sweet potatoes to koji, but distilling all sweet potato koji to create "all koji is sweet potato koji". The characteristic flavor is reminiscent of lotus honey, with a prominent sweetness. In order to fully enjoy its deliciousness and sweetness, we deliberately keep the filtration to a minimum.
