Kyushu Railway Company Limited has released a limited edition honkaku shochu "SEVEN STARS" to coincide with the operation of the cruise train "Seven Stars in Kyushu." As a hidden flavor of honkaku shochu "Sakurajima," a special blend of imo shochu has been created for "Seven Stars" by selecting from the special distilled genshu that has been produced since ancient times, with the cooperation of the fifteenth generation Chin Jukan. It features a rich and deep flavor.
